For those either new to our studio and/or new to Pilates, we offer a package of 4, one hour private sessions where we go over your health history, perform a fitness screening and assessments and discuss your goals. We have the opportunity to assess faulty movement patterns, muscular imbalances, look at your gait, etc...to better serve your needs and customize the workout for specific needs to you, the client. We also devise a home program if needed. An introduction to all of the Pilates apparatus will be covered as well.
